LUTly is a solo project by Nick Tearle, started in July 2026. It exists because grading a mountain of clips should be as simple as describing the look you want.
Nick works across agency marketing and production. He has spent years building campaigns, shooting edits, and wrestling with the gap between a great idea and a finished grade.
Wildlife films are what really drives him. The best moments happen once, far from a grading suite, so the tool had to be fast, portable, and respectful of the original footage.
Too many clips, too many steps, no streamlined way to make them all look right. LUTly turns a sentence into a real LUT, previewed on your own footage, without ever uploading the original.
