LUTly is a tool that generates 3D LUTs from your prompts or reference frames and previews them against your footage. By using LUTly you agree to these terms.
You keep all rights to your source footage, references and generated LUTs. You are responsible for having the right to use any reference images you upload.
Do not use LUTly to generate looks based on copyrighted stills you do not have rights to, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or resell access to your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis, contact us within 14 days of a charge.
LUTly is provided as is. We do not warrant that generated looks will match a specific creative intent. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
